Hamed Farmand, grew up in Iran (born 1976, Tehran) and was the child of a parent who were incarcerated for political reasons. He is starting a non-profit to support children (and families) who have experienced the trauma of having incarcerated parents.
He emigrated to US in 2010 and since that time, he started working in Panera Bread as an associate. He has around 20 years experience of management
